Allison R. Mahaney

Allison loves living on the Olympic Peninsula and is passionate about investing in the area's future. She opened Waypoint Law Office in October 2017 intent on creating a business with a strong reputation for outstanding, client-based legal services and a commitment to the local community. Prior to opening Waypoint, Allison worked at a local law firm where she had a general civil practice consisting primarily of civil litigation, probate, estate planning, real estate, and landlord-tenant law.

Allison values spending time with her family. She and her husband stay busy raising three children, attending youth sports events, and finding brief moments to escape into the local wilderness. She loves hiking, camping, fishing, and cheering on her beloved Florida Gators.

Andrea S. Kneiss

Andrea Sessions Kneiss has a broad range of experience with both transactional and litigation matters gained from over 14 years in small and mid-size law firms. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate, business law and franchise law and estate planning. She is extremely proficient in all aspects of real estate law, including purchases and sales, leases, zoning and landlord/tenant issues, both residential and commercial, restraining orders and injunctions on real property, specific performance actions, quiet title matters, and statutory liens. Andrea has taken several business disputes to trial in addition to handling business sales and property acquisitions and entity formations.

Andrea loves traveling with her husband and two children, visiting new places and friends and family spread across the country. She spends time as a parent volunteer in her kids’ classrooms, is an avid reader and book club member, and enjoys watching sports and exploring the outdoors.
